Jessica Thompson is the Co-Owner and Chief Marketing Officer at The Electric Way, one of the highest rated electrical contractors in the Pikes Peak region. As part of her role, she helps the company spread the word about their honest and high quality electrical services. She also works behind the scenes to ensure The Electric Way and all team members are operating at the highest level and upholding the company's values.

Jessica also provides support for professional women striving for balance and clarity in their lives through her consulting company, The Quiet Desk. As the name suggests, she believes that big ideas don’t have to be loud and that success can look different for each of us. As a homeschool mom, a law enforcement wife, and the co-facilitator of Uplift, Jessica prioritizes intentional strategies to make the most of every minute, instead of constantly feeling drowned by the feeling of “not enough time” - a skill she happily helps her clients adopt through personalized coaching sessions and helpful digital products.

When she's not spending time with her siblings and their families, she enjoys movie nights at home with her husband, Dustin, and 7 year old son, Jaxon.
